Video: Pulse On The Pregame: Ep. 1: "The Coach Cig Era Begins"

Biggest Takeaways for the 2023 Season

The ACC Network's first-ever football pregame show will debut on Saturday, September 2, before Florida State and LSU kick off the 2023 season in the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. "Pulse on the Pregame" will focus on the ACC game of the week and provide in-depth analysis, expert commentary, interviews, and storytelling. Host Kelsey Riggs will be joined by a rotating cast of analysts and reporters to preview the game, discuss the latest news and storylines, and provide insight into the teams and players. Joining Riggs in the booth for the first episode will be former Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd and ESPN college football analyst David Hale.

What to Expect on Episode 1

The debut episode of "Pulse on the Pregame" will take a deep dive into Florida State's first season under new head coach Mike Norvell, who was hired away from Memphis in December. The show will also preview LSU's defense under new coordinator Matt House and provide an in-depth look at the quarterback battles at both schools.

In addition to the game preview, the show will also feature interviews with Norvell and LSU head coach Ed Orgeron, as well as highlights from both teams' fall camps.

Riggs Excited for New Challenge

Riggs is excited to host "Pulse on the Pregame" and provide ACC football fans with a new way to experience the game. "I'm so excited to be a part of this new show," Riggs said. "The ACC is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable fan bases in the country, and I can't wait to bring them the best possible coverage of their favorite teams."
